Wordsmiths United is a clothing design studio with a strict focus on quality and cut. All of the pieces are engineered to be innovative yet timeless, fusing classic styles with contemporary silhouettes. Each garment is crafted in North America, in limited runs to ensure they are constructed to exacting standards. Taking inspiration from people and places, an emphasis is placed on collection concept and meaning, weighing equal to the end design.
Wo Hop was originally established in 1938, making it the second oldest restaurant in Chinatown. In 1976, they opened their second location, Wo Hop Next Door. Since then, both locations have become an integral part of the Chinatown community.
This preshrunk hoodie celebrates Wo Hop’s storied and continued contribution to Chinatown’s history by harmonizing elements from both locations, with a balanced nod to Wo Hop’s past and present.
The front of the hoodie is embroidered with the same design featured on the Wo Hop uniforms, while the back is screen printed with the iconic Wo Hop logo.
